How are shipping costs calculated, and how long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Once your order is placed, it will be shipped within 10 to 14 working days. A tracking link will be provided for all shipments, and deliveries are secure and require a signature.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer complimentary shipping for orders over AED 2,500. For orders below this amount, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Will I need to pay import taxes for international orders?
International orders may be subject to additional import duties. Orders to countries like Turkey, France, and Saudi Arabia may encounter higher import duties. We recommend checking your country’s import policies before placing an order.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We accept returns for orders within the UAE, except for Cash on Delivery orders, which are eligible for store credit. Returns are not accepted for international orders, earrings, or customised items.
Exchanges are not available, as each piece is made to order to reduce waste.
