An eternity band symbolises everlasting love and is usually gifted upon reaching certain milestones in a relationship or marriage. To distinguish them from an engagement ring (usually a solitaire diamond, or a solid gold wedding band), the most popular eternity ring for women is a complete band of diamonds. Diamond Eternity Band
The diamonds don’t necessarily have to be small, elegant, round, and set in 18k yellow gold. For modern love, anything goes. You can choose from oval diamonds, emerald cut, and yellow, white or rose gold. Fyne even has a rose gold band with pink set diamonds for those looking for an extra special diamond eternity ring.

Should I match my eternity band to my engagement ring or wedding band?
You can match metals and diamond shapes for a cohesive look or mix styles for a more modern, stacked effect; it depends on your personal aesthetic and comfort. If your wedding band is yellow gold and your engagement ring is too, it’s a safe bet to continue the pattern. However, if your wedding band is yellow and your engagement ring is white gold, you could even complete the collection with a rose diamond eternity ring.
What finger should I wear an eternity band on?
Most people wear them on the ring finger of the left hand, often stacked with a wedding and/or engagement ring. However, right-hand eternity rings are also popular for anniversaries or milestones. That said, our motto is to do what feels right for you. There’s tradition, and then there’s the freedom to choose.
Can a diamond eternity ring be resized?
They can—but it's trickier for an entire band of diamonds. If you’re prone to fluctuations and think you may need your ring resized at some point, a wise choice is to opt for a half band, where the plain metal undersized can be resized much more easily.
