Yes, we provide complimentary worldwide shipping with insurance for orders over AED 1500.

International orders may be subject to additional import duties. Orders to the US under AED 2,920 are duty-free, but orders to countries like Turkey, France, and Saudi Arabia may encounter higher import duties. We recommend checking your country’s import policies before placing an order.

We accept returns for orders within the UAE, except for Cash on Delivery orders, which are eligible for store credit. Returns are not accepted for international orders, engraved or customised items.

Exchanges are not available, as each piece is made to order to reduce waste.

Yes, we offer resizing within the UAE for our wedding rings, at a charge of AED 50 per ring. Any wedding rings with diamonds encircling the entire band cannot be resized. Please contact us for more details on this service.

Wedding bands are not IGI certified. Instead, each ring is accompanied by a Fyne Certificate of Authenticity, which confirms the carat weight, gold purity, and diamond quality of your piece.

To maintain its shine, clean your ring with warm water, mild soap, and a soft brush. Store it separately from other jewellery to avoid scratches, and avoid exposure to perfumes, harsh chemicals, or abrasives. For a deeper clean, you are welcome to bring your piece back to us anytime.

Yes, our rings are designed for daily wear. However, it’s best to remove your ring during activities like heavy lifting, cooking, swimming, or using harsh chemicals to prevent damage or wear.
