Fyne Warranty, Resizing & Exchange Policy

At Fyne, our commitment doesn’t end once your piece leaves our hands. Each design is created to be worn, lived in, and loved—for years to come. Our after-sales support reflects this promise. 

12-Month Complimentary Warranty

All Fyne jewellery is covered by a 12-month complimentary warranty from the date of purchase.

This covers manufacturing defects such as:

-Loose or fallen diamonds caused by normal wear
-Broken locks or clasps
-Weak prongs or misaligned settings
-Faulty soldering or structural flaws

If any of these issues occur within 12 months, we’ll repair your piece at no cost.

Please note - Our warranty does not cover:

-Damage caused by misuse, impact, chemicals, or accidents
-Normal wear and tear (e.g. scratches, dullness, enamel chipping)
-Repairs done by third-party jewellers

Lifetime Care Promise

After your 12-month warranty ends, we continue to offer lifetime care on all Fyne pieces. Services are quoted on a case-by-case basis and may include:

-Ring and bracelet resizing
-Stone replacement
-Enamel touch-ups
-Clasp or lock adjustments
-Cleaning and polishing
-Tightening of loose components

We believe jewellery should be wearable—always. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help.

Resizing Policy

We offer resizing on most rings and bracelets, but there are some exceptions depending on design.

Rings

-Certified engagement rings and bespoke designs: One complimentary resize within 30 days of delivery
-Uncertified rings: Resizing available for AED 50 within the UAE (includes collection & return)
-Eternity bands or certain designs: May not be resizable due to their continuous setting—please confirm before purchase
-International clients: Resizing is available; clients cover shipping and customs fees

Bracelets

-Uncertified bracelets: Resizing available at AED 50 within the UAE
-Certified tennis bracelets: Resizing incurs an additional fee as the item must be re-certified; quoted individually based on scope and shipping (for both local and international clients)

Exchanges & Returns

We want you to love your jewellery—but if something isn’t quite right, we offer flexible local return options.

-Uncertified pieces (Daily Wear Collection): You may return your piece within 14 days of receipt (UAE only), if unworn and in its original packaging.
-If you'd like a different size or style, you're welcome to place a new order after your return is processed.
-Customised, engraved, or certified pieces (engagement rings, bridal collection, tennis bracelets): Final purchase – not eligible for return or exchange.
-All international orders: Final sale due to customs and logistics constraints.

For fit-related issues, resizing services are always available under our Lifetime Care Promise.

International Clients

We ship globally and are happy to provide aftercare support. Please note that all international clients are responsible for:

Geographical Limitations

We deliver to most countries and territories worldwide.

From time to time, we may be unable to find a suitable courier company to deliver our products to you safely if you live in a remote area or territory. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and fully refunded after we inform you by email.

Due to certain economic sanctions outside of our control, we may not be able to deliver our products to your country.

Shipping Method & Times

To reduce our environmental footprint, our jewellery is made on demand within 10–14 working days from the date you place an order. Working days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays. Kindly note that both UAE and destination country public holidays may extend production and transit times.

Our delivery partners are Quiqup (local) and DHL (international). Once an order has been shipped, it will have the following estimated transit times:

• UAE deliveries: 1–2 working days
• GCC deliveries (excluding UAE): 2–3 working days
• International deliveries (outside GCC): 3–5 working days

Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control (including customs clearance or courier delays).

Shipping Charges

We offer complimentary shipping for UAE and international orders above AED 2,500.

• For UAE orders under AED 2,500, shipping charges of AED 35 apply.
• For international orders (all countries except UAE), shipping charges will be applied during checkout.

Kindly note: Shipping charges cover the delivery cost of the item only and exclude any customs duties or taxes.

Shipment Tracking

Shipment tracking is available on all e-commerce orders. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your delivery.

Receipt and Signature

All orders must be received in person at the delivery address, and a signature is required upon delivery.

If you are not at the recipient address at the time of delivery, a DHL courier representative will contact you to reschedule. If there are several failed delivery attempts, DHL will return the parcel to our registered office address: Office 13A, Almas Tower, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai, U.A.E.

In this case, we will be required to charge you for any applicable return shipping costs and/or taxes and duties incurred.

Customs & Duties

All countries have varying taxes and duties which are outside of our control. For international purchases, please check with your local customs office to understand any additional charges that may apply to your order.

All customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be settled directly with the courier.

If a delivery is refused due to customs/duties charges, or if an incorrect/incomplete address results in the order being returned, both the outbound and return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your jewellery arrives damaged, we will repair it under our Lifetime Care & Warranty Policy. Please contact us within 3 business days of delivery for instructions on how to proceed.

In the unlikely event that your package is lost in transit, it is insured. We will provide a full refund once the claim has been verified. Kindly notify us within 3 business days of the expected delivery date.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. To cancel, please contact us immediately. After 24 hours, cancellations cannot be guaranteed as production may already be underway.
