From your first wear to years down the line, we’re here to make sure your Fyne piece stays just as beautiful as the day you received it. Whether you need a quick polish, a small adjustment, or a full resizing, our team is just a message away.
12-Month Complimentary Warranty
Free repairs for the first 12 months
Your piece is protected against any manufacturing defects for the first year. This includes:
- Loose or fallen diamonds caused by normal wear
- Weak prongs or misaligned settings
- Broken locks or bracelet clasps
- Faulty soldering or structure issues
We’ll cover the full cost of the repair and return for UAE clients. International clients are responsible for shipping and customs only.
Note: This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, chemical exposure, or third-party repairs.
Lifetime Care Promise
Support that doesn’t end after a year
After your 12-month warranty ends, we continue to offer lifetime care on all Fyne pieces. Services are quoted on a case-by-case basis and may include:
- Ring and bracelet resizing
- Diamond or stone replacement
- Clasp adjustments
- Enamel touch-ups
- Cleaning & polishing
- General repairs

Resizing Services
Let’s get the fit just right
We offer resizing on most rings and bracelets, but there are some exceptions depending on design.
Rings:
- Certified engagement or bespoke rings: One free resize within 30 days
- Uncertified rings: AED 50 within the UAE (includes collection & return)
- Eternity bands: May not be resizable due to continuous setting—please confirm at purchase
- International clients: Resizing is available; shipping/customs fees apply
Bracelets:
- Uncertified bracelets: AED 50 within the UAE
- Certified tennis bracelets: Additional charge applies (recertification required); quoted case by case
Exchanges & Returns
For those who change their mind
We want you to love your jewellery—but if something isn’t quite right, we offer flexible local return options.
- Uncertified pieces (Daily Wear Collection): You may return your piece within 14 days of receipt (UAE only), if unworn and in its original packaging.
- If you'd like a different size or style, you're welcome to place a new order after your return is processed.
- Customised, engraved, or certified pieces (engagement rings, bridal collection, tennis bracelets): Final purchase – not eligible for return or exchange.
- All international orders: Final sale due to customs and logistics constraints.
