Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The FYNE Birthday Giveaway 2026 (“Giveaway”) is organised by Fyne Jewellery FZCO (“FYNE”, “we”, “us” or “our”), located at Almas Tower, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway opens at 12:00 a.m. Gulf Standard Time (“GST”) on 2 October 2026 and closes at 11:59 p.m. GST on 1 November 2026 (“Giveaway Period”).

Entries received outside the Giveaway Period will not be accepted.

FYNE reserves the right to extend the Giveaway Period where reasonably necessary. Any extension will be communicated to entrants through the contact details provided and/or announced through FYNE’s official channels before the applicable closing date.

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open worldwide to individuals aged 18 or over, subject to applicable local laws and restrictions.

Entry is free, and no purchase is necessary.

Employees, contractors and immediate family members of Fyne Jewellery FZCO are not eligible to enter.

By entering, each entrant confirms that they meet these eligibility requirements and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

4. How to Enter

Entrants must complete and submit the official FYNE Birthday Giveaway form during the Giveaway Period.

Entrants must provide their name and a valid telephone number. Providing an email address is optional.

Each person may receive:

• One entry by submitting a valid telephone number; and
• One additional entry by submitting a valid email address.

A maximum of two entries per person is permitted. Repeated submissions using the same contact details will not generate additional entries.

Entrants who are already subscribed to FYNE’s email or WhatsApp marketing may still enter through the official Giveaway form.

Incomplete, automated, fraudulent, inaccurate or duplicate entries may be disqualified at FYNE’s discretion.

5. Marketing Communications and Personal Data

By selecting the relevant consent option on the entry form, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from FYNE through the contact channels they provide, including email and/or WhatsApp.

Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe option provided or by contacting FYNE. Unsubscribing will not invalidate an otherwise eligible Giveaway entry.

Personal information will be processed by FYNE and its email and marketing-service provider, Klaviyo, for the purposes of administering the Giveaway and sending communications where consent has been provided.

FYNE will not sell entrant information or share it with unrelated third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

6. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.

The draw is expected to take place on 3 November 2026, unless the Giveaway Period has been extended in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

The winner will be contacted using the email address or telephone number submitted with their entry.

The selected winner must respond within 72 hours of FYNE’s first notification. If the selected winner:

• Does not respond within 72 hours;
• Cannot be contacted;
• Is found to be ineligible;
• Has provided incomplete or inaccurate contact information; or
• Does not comply with these Terms & Conditions,

FYNE reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select another winner at random.

Subject to the winner’s consent, FYNE may announce or publish the winner’s first name and country.

7. Prize

The winner will receive one FYNE shopping voucher valued at AED 1,000.

The voucher will be issued as a unique promotional code and sent to the winner by email or another contact method agreed with the winner.

The voucher:

• Is valid for 60 calendar days from its date of issue;
• May be redeemed once only;
• Is personal to the winner and non-transferable;
• Cannot be sold, gifted or transferred;
• Cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit or any other alternative; and
• Cannot be combined with another discount code, promotion, sale offer or store credit.

The voucher will expire automatically if it is not redeemed within the 60-day validity period. No replacement or extension will be provided after expiry, except at FYNE’s sole discretion.

8. Minimum Spend

The voucher may only be redeemed against an eligible order with a minimum merchandise subtotal of AED 1,500 before the AED 1,000 voucher is applied.

For example, an eligible order with a merchandise subtotal of AED 1,500 would be reduced to AED 500 after applying the voucher, excluding any additional charges.

The minimum spend applies to the merchandise subtotal only. Shipping fees, taxes, customs duties, import charges and other associated costs do not count towards the AED 1,500 minimum spend.

9. Eligible Products and Exclusions

The voucher may be used on eligible products available through FYNE, including made-to-order pieces, subject to availability and FYNE’s usual production lead times.

The voucher cannot be used for:

• Bespoke, personalised or custom-designed pieces;
• Sale or already-discounted items;
• Gift cards;
• Repairs, resizing or other standalone services; or
• Any item that is part of another promotion.

The voucher cannot be applied retrospectively to an order placed before the voucher was issued.

All products remain subject to availability. If a selected product becomes unavailable, the winner may select another eligible product within the voucher’s validity period.

10. Shipping, Taxes and Duties

The voucher applies to the eligible merchandise subtotal only.

Shipping charges, taxes, customs duties, import fees and any other charges associated with an order are not covered by the voucher and must be paid separately by the winner.

International winners are responsible for confirming whether an order can be imported into their country and for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes or import charges.

11. Made-to-Order Products

Eligible made-to-order pieces remain subject to FYNE’s standard production lead times.

Production and delivery estimates are provided as guidance and may be affected by product availability, destination, customs processing or circumstances outside FYNE’s reasonable control.

12. Final Sale, Adjustments and Warranty

All orders placed using the voucher are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind.

Any resizing or adjustment requested after an order has been placed will be subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

Orders placed using the voucher remain covered by FYNE’s applicable 12-month warranty and lifetime-care offering.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights available to the customer under applicable law, including rights relating to faulty, defective or incorrectly supplied products.

13. Disqualification

FYNE reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

• Breaches these Terms & Conditions;
• Attempts to obtain more than the permitted number of entries;
• Uses multiple, false or misleading identities or contact details;
• Interferes with or attempts to manipulate the entry process or winner selection; or
• Engages in fraudulent, abusive or unlawful conduct.

FYNE’s decision concerning eligibility, disqualification and administration of the Giveaway will be final, subject to applicable law.

14. Changes, Suspension or Cancellation

FYNE reserves the right to amend, extend, suspend or cancel the Giveaway where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.

Where reasonably possible, material changes will be communicated to entrants through the contact details supplied or through FYNE’s official channels.

FYNE will not make changes intended to unfairly disadvantage entrants who have already submitted a valid entry.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FYNE will not be responsible for:

• Entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or not received because of a technical or communications failure;
• Incorrect contact details supplied by an entrant;
• An entrant’s inability to receive email or WhatsApp communications;
• Delivery delays, customs delays or import restrictions;
• The winner’s failure to redeem the voucher before its expiry; or
• Events outside FYNE’s reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and the Giveaway are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any dispute arising in connection with the Giveaway will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

17. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an entry, entrants confirm that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and FYNE’s Privacy Policy.
